Our philosophy is based on Japanese principles and by putting them into practice every day, they optimize the work in any company and help achieve greater productivity.

2S’s:

標準化 HYOUJUNKA: ESTANDARIZACION 改善KAIZEN: IMPROVEMENT. These are indispensable for the development of continuous improvement and the identification of the 7 Wastes

The 7 wastes

①つくり過ぎのムダ (最悪 SAIAKU-TERRIBLE、日、週)PRODUCING TOO MUCH.
②手待ちのムダ (最賃 SAICHIN-TARDE、分、時間)SLOW, LATE.
③運搬のムダ (最長 SAICHOU-LARGO) TRANSPORTATION.
④加工そのもの (最深 SAISHIN,FUKAI-PROFUNDO、秒,分)STREAMLINE PROCESSES, SHORTEN TIMES.
⑤在庫のムダ (最大 SAIDAI-GRANDE, EXTENSO、月)STOCK.
⑥動作のムダ (動作 DOUSA-MOVIMIENTO、秒、分)CHOKOTEI→STOP, CONTINUE TO STOP.
⑦不良を作るムダ (最低 SAITEI-PEOR)PRODUCING DEFECTS.

③現状、事実 GENJOU,JIJITSU — THE PRESENT CONDITION, LA TRUTH.
④原理 GENRI—THEORY
⑤原則 GENSOKU–PRINCIPLE, RULE

④ In times of crisis there’s always spare time, thats why we need to study and create new things, using wisdom&kufu.

MONOZUKURI,HITOZUKURI – Make product, make people

Use the abilities and wisdom of the people (wisdom&kufu),  using education, training, motivation, zero wastes, kaizen activities and oasis.
